Job summary

First Community Bank is hiring a Personal Banker II - Float to deliver accurate product information, assist customers with inquiries, and resolve issues while upholding the bank’s standards. You will handle teller functions when needed, open and service accounts, and participate in marketing campaigns to grow the customer base.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of banking experience in account opening, servicing, and maintenance.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to listen and respond to customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish cordial relationships with customers and address inquiries promptly.
• Inform and suggest banking products to customers.
• Provide information on accounts, balances, and history of checks/payments.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Protect customers' confidential information and use it only for official purposes.
• Promote positive banking experiences by timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct effective checking sales presentations and account referrals.
• Explain and demonstrate in-person and digital banking options to customers.
