Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree or related field preferred or demonstrated through experience.
12+ months experience selling products and/or services.
6+ Months experience in Retail Banking sales or related role with proven results.
6+ Months cash handling experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with teller transactions and product recommendations.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and educate customers on digital banking tools.
Meet branch sales targets and support risk management and fraud defense.
Maintain accurate cash drawer and perform routine teller duties and audits.
Provide personalized and high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships.
