City National Bank in Newark, DE seeks a Sales Ops Service Manager for RBC/CNB Synergies to provide day-to-day servicing for Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor clients, resolving inquiries and identifying cross-sell opportunities. You will act as primary liaison and help ensure client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes risk management, deposit operations, and knowledge of bank products. Compensation includes base salary with bonus eligibility, reporting to CNB in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service or banking operations.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking/financial services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Client services: act as liaison between client and bank.
• Resolve inquiries/complaints and prevent future problems.
• Cross-sell a wide variety of bank services.
• Oversee deposit operations and approvals.
• Review deposits, transfers, and fees within authority.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account activity.
• Escalate potential risk appropriately.
• Facilitate new deposit account requests.
• Complete KYCs for new clients.
• Approve items from Banking Offices and other units.
• Maintain and update DARS report.
