Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Sales Ops Service Manager-RBC/CNB Synergies in Lincoln, NE. You will serve Relationship Manager clients, relieve managers from day-to-day operations, and ensure accurate, timely information and inquiries handling to retain clients.

You will oversee deposits operations, process transfers, and manage risk/compliance while identifying cross-sell opportunities and coordinating with Wealth Management, International, and Treasury teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (e.g. deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank; follow up to ensure completion.
• Resolve inquiries/complaints; contact clients re overdrafts and follow up.
• Cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services; introduce to Wealth Management/International/Treasury.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services; participate in cross-sell activities.
