Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service customers, respond to service calls, and support programs and small projects. You will join a dynamic team focused on growth and a customer-first culture.

You will troubleshoot and repair drive-up, locking and electronic banking systems, DVR/NVR equipment, and related hardware, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of drive up, locking and electronic systems specific to banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Customer focus and meeting customer needs.
• Advanced communication skills both oral and written.
• Adaptability to changes in situations.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services non-routine banking systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces all components of remote, audio, and video equipment.
• Responds to service calls on a timely basis and handles moderate scope projects.
• Mentors less experienced staff using technical knowledge and experience.
• Estimates cost, time, and materials for replacements.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company safety policies.
