Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking equipment including alarm systems, CCTV, drive-ups, ATMs, vaults, and safes.
• Install, test, configure, and service drive-up and electronic systems as part of customer projects.
• mentor less experienced staff and liaise with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
