Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and participate in customer support programs and small projects. You will be part of a dynamic team that grows with Convergint and embraces a forward-thinking culture.

You will install, test, repair, and maintain drive-up banking equipment, electronic and mechanical systems, and related hardware while providing world-class service to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of drive-up, locking and electronic banking systems.
• Strong knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing situations and information.
• 3–5 years of banking equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services banking drive-up equipment and related systems.
• Responds to service calls, performs maintenance and small projects as needed.
• Mentors less experienced staff and assists management with project planning.
• Inspects work for conformance with specifications and safety standards.
• Communicates with customers and team to improve service quality.
