Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full‑time Banking Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and work on small projects. You will join a dynamic team and contribute to training, guidance, and project execution in a fast‑paced banking environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, mechanical and electrical system knowledge, and proactive problem solving in accordance with safety policies and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with drive-up systems, locks, and banking equipment.
• Familiarity with DVRs/NVRs and networked surveillance setups.
• Strong communication and adaptable, service‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up and banking equipment.
• Respond to service calls and support customer sites on projects.
• Maintain safety guidelines and document work performed.
