Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service existing customers, respond to service calls, and support small projects within the banking sector.

You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain drive-up and ATM-related systems, collaborating with a dynamic team and mentoring colleagues as needed. A proactive service mindset and strong communication skills are essential to deliver world-class outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Experience with drive-up equipment and banking hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith, and ATM/TCR equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote units and associated electronics.
• Mentor junior staff and support project deployments.
• Respond to service calls and scheduled maintenance with urgency and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and safety policies.
• Provide clear communication with customers and team members.
