Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support banking customers, respond to service calls, and manage small projects. You will be part of a collaborative team across service and installation tasks.

The role emphasizes world-class customer service, technical proficiency in drive-up, locking, ATM/TCR equipment, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment within the Delaware market.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of drive-up, locking and electronic systems used in banking.
• Strong knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Customer focus with ability to meet customer needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to handle changing situations.

Aufgaben

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up banking equipment (including remote units).
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components of remote, audio, and video equipment.
• Assist in larger projects with greater complexity as needed.
• Mentor less experienced staff using technical knowledge and experience.
• Respond to customer service, maintenance, and after-hours calls promptly.
• Estimate cost, time, and materials for replacements and upgrades.
