Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking equipment including alarm systems, CCTV, drive-ups, ATMs, vaults, and more. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Formación

• Experience with drive-up, locking and electronic banking systems.
• Knowledge of DVR/NVR networks.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused and adaptable.

Responsabilidades

• Install, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith, and electronic banking equipment.
• Respond to service calls and maintain remote drive-up systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components of equipment.
• Mentor less experienced staff and advise on improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
