Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join our 100% in-office Banking Center team at Market Street Banking Center. You will handle customer interactions, open deposit accounts, process transactions, and promote WesBanco products and services while proactively referring customers to partners.

You will also engage in outbound onboarding calls, prospect new Retail customers, and contribute to community relations and business development in the market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer while following proper balancing and cash handling procedures.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Promotes bank products and services and referrals to partners as applicable.
• Initiates conversations to assess banking needs and makes recommendations and referrals to business partners.
• Develops relationships with customers and internal partners to achieve goals.
