Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support existing customers by responding to service calls, performing maintenance on drive-up and electronic banking systems, and assisting with small projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with drive-up, locking, and electronic banking systems.
• Knowledge of DVRs/NVRs used with remote banking systems.
• Familiarity with ATM/TCR components and client-facing service.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service non-routine banking systems and equipment (drive-up, locksmith, electronic, ATM/TCR).
• Troubleshoot and repair remote unit components, including audio/video where applicable.
• Provide on-site support for larger projects and mentor less experienced staff where needed.
• Respond to service calls, maintenance, and after-hours requests in a timely manner.
