Job summary

Convergint is looking for a Banking Service Technician to join our team in a full-time role. You will service and support existing customers by responding to service calls and carrying out programmatic and small project work.

You’ll be part of a dynamic culture that values growth and integrity. As a Banking Service Technician, you will troubleshoot and service drive-up, locking and electronic systems, along with DVR/NVR and CCTV components linked to remote banking equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of drive-up, locking and electronic systems specific to banking industry.
• Experience with Digital Video Recorders and Network Video Recorders connected to remote systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems relevant to banking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services drive-up, ATM, TCR, and related equipment.
• Responds to service calls and emergency after-hours requests in a timely manner.
• Mentors less experienced staff using technical knowledge and problem solving.
