Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Strong ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution abilities.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and comply with training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn banking products and procedures quickly to consult on solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
