Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6 are minimum requirements; state registration and Life licenses as applicable.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand clients and anticipate needs; educate on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; complete necessary training.
• Support branch team in achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with risk controls.
