WesBanco, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Advisor to foster a positive environment, deliver outstanding customer service, and identify sales opportunities within the Banking Center.

You will open deposit accounts, process transactions, and promote bank products while observing bank policies and security measures. The role includes outbound onboarding calls, prospecting new Retail customers, and consistent promotion of the bank's products to internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling, sales and customer service experience required.

Responsabilités

• Models the bank's mission, vision and values.
• Assess customer needs and refer to appropriate banking partners.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle cash with accuracy and security.
• Promote bank products and services and meet referral goals.
• Make outbound calls for onboarding and prospect new Retail customers.
• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of goals.
