Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-focused Bank Teller/Client Advisor who will help customers with financial solutions and build lasting relationships. You’ll introduce digital banking, assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, and collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams for more complex needs.

You’ll perform outbound calls to attract new customers, schedule financial checkups, and ensure compliance with all policies, including cash handling and SAFE Act

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask effectively
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including pre-employment checks and obtaining NMLS identifier
• Video interview assessment after applying as the next step (within 7 days)

Responsibilities
