Job summary

Centinelbank is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Phone Agent) to welcome inquiries and guide customers through banking processes. You will listen to needs, coordinate with front-line staff, and provide services such as new account information and basic online banking.

The role supports risk management tasks like audits and fraud alerts, and requires 1–3 years in a service role, with a preference for call center experience. High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a service related position required
• Call center or phone support service preferred
• High school degree or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree or college coursework equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome incoming web and phone inquiries, and orchestrate customer experiences from start to finish
• Actively listen and identify needs of every customer calling the bank
• Assess best strategies for a quality and efficient customer experience
• Serve as a liaison between customer and front-line staff, facilitating personal introduction, and explanation of customer needs
• Provide core services including but not limited to: providing new account information, basic online banking and account servicing, check/debit card orders/card printing, debit card repinning, change of address requests, reprinting customer statements, etc.
• Support Risk Management functions including but not limited to: internal audits, OFAC, processing Yellowhammer work lists & fraud alerts, ect.
