Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a service related position.
• Call center or phone support experience preferred.
• High school degree or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome incoming inquiries via web and phone, and orchestrate customer experiences from start to finish.
• Actively listen and identify needs of every customer calling the bank.
• Assess best strategies for a quality and efficient customer experience.
• Serve as a liaison between customer and front-line staff, facilitating introductions and explaining customer needs.
• Provide core services including new account information, basic online banking and account servicing, check/debit card orders and related tasks.
• Support Risk Management functions including internal audits, OFAC checks, fraud alerts.
