City National Bank is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of CSR professionals onsite in a dynamic banking environment. You will ensure outstanding service, coach staff, and manage cash operations while identifying opportunities to refer customers to additional banking solutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the Branch Manager to drive new business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous banking customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and banking systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Supervise and coach CSR staff.
• Maintain and balance a working cash supply.
• Identify customer needs to recommend banking products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately.
• Refer to mortgage, cash management, commercial and trust when appropriate.
• Work with Branch Manager to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
