Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a SALES OPS SERVICE MGR-RBC/CNB SYNERGIES in Michigan to provide day-to-day servicing for Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor clients, resolving inquiries, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. You’ll oversee deposit operations and maintain risk controls, collaborating with multiple bank areas to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

The role requires at least 5 years in client service and banking operations, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank and follow up on requests for completion and satisfaction.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints and take action to prevent future problems; contact clients regarding overdrafts and resolve.
• Cross-sell a wide variety of bank services by analyzing client needs and directing to Wealth Management, International, or Treasury Management.
• Review deposits and approve transfers, overdrafts, and fees within delegated authority; process related requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account activity and identify potential problems to avoid financial loss.
