Responsibilities

• Resolves teller balancing issues and prepares daily reconciliation reports.
• Directs branch staff on capture rescans, customer adjustments, and proof adjustments.
• Investigates and processes chargebacks and error cases; handles returns from Fed and banks.
• Processes EFT disputes per Reg E and MasterCard rules; issues provisional/final credits.
• Handles Unauthorized ACH claims and reclamations per NACHA rules.
• Processes check claims per UCC and related regulations; conducts wire transfers per Bank policies.
