Qualifications

• Experience in transaction processing and balancing is expected.
• Familiarity with wire transfers and NSF/exception item handling.
• Knowledge of online/mobile banking support and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process NSF and exception items, foreign items, dormant checks, research requests and other operational items.
• Support branch staff and customers with debit card issues and banking application questions.
• Review transaction and fraud-monitoring reports and monitor mobile and merchant capture deposits.
• Complete domestic and international wire transfer requests and manage Check Free and Enfact cases.
• Process mail and prepare customer notices and statements.
• Follow bank procedures and applicable regulations, including BSA, OFAC, Regulation E, Regulation GG and ACH Rules.
