Reliabank Dakota is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide bank operations support across branches. The role emphasizes processing ACH, wires, and cash letters, reviewing overdrafts, and ensuring accurate daily transactions.

You will handle mobile deposits, returns, currency orders, and maintain security and confidentiality. The position requires adherence to FDIC regulations and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related customer service experience preferred.
• Respond sensitively to the needs and priorities of the customer; recognize and take appropriate action to meet their needs and establish an effective working relationship.
• Express thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• Project a positive image of the bank to all internal and external customers.
• Manage one’s time to complete work according to established deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks to make the best use of time for high priority tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of customers account information and follow established policies and procedures in responding to inquiries and requests.
• Monitor compliance to ensure the processing and handling of information is done in a manner that adheres to FDIC regulations and consumer protection issues.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH and Cash Letter Files throughout the day.
• Review and decision overdraft and stop pay items.
• Review and process rejects from previous day’s transactions.
• Review and approve mobile capture deposits.
• Process incoming and outgoing returns.
• Process wire requests through UNET.
• Order currency.
• Review end of day batches for rejects.
• Approve outgoing wire requests through UNET.
• Verify stop payment requests.
• Review SecureNow denied report.
• Distribute faxes received.
• Process mobile deposit limit increases.
• Review bounce back emails.
• Process ID Theft Enrollment customers.
• Review Abrigo fraud red flags.
