River Bank is seeking an Operations Associate I to support a busy Operations Department with customer service excellence. You will handle data entry, wire requests, and reconciliation activities while assisting branch staff and customers.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem solving under pressure, and adherence to BSA/OFAC and ACH regulations in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Prior banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
• Process and balance activities and data entry for daily operations.
• Initiate and process wire requests and exemption items.
• Monitor account reconciliations and reviews of daily reports.
• Provide debit card support and card maintenance.
• Support branch staff and escalate operational issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, Regulation E, Regulation GG, and ACH Rules.
