Job summary

River Bank is seeking an Operations Associate I to support the Operations Department with customer service, data entry, wire requests, and daily balancing. You will handle item processing, branch support, debit card maintenance, and online/mobile banking assistance.

Responsibilities include reviewing transaction activity and fraud monitoring, processing domestic and international wires, and ensuring compliance with BSA/OFAC, Regulation E, Regulation GG, and ACH Rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
• Process and balance daily activities, including data entry and wire requests.
• Support branch staff and escalate operational issues as needed.
• Handle debit card support and card maintenance for customers.
• Review daily transaction activity and fraud monitoring reports.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, Regulation E, Regulation GG, and ACH Rules.
