Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Client Officer to assist the Client Manager with branch operations, client service, and internal sales activities. You will oversee daily processes, cash handling, staff coaching, and risk management, while promoting CNB solutions to clients and collaborating with business partners.

The role emphasizes training staff in product cross-selling, identifying referral opportunities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• SAFE Act Registration; must be in good standing under The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.

Responsibilities

• Service client transactions and uphold the operational integrity of the branch.
• Coach and develop banking office sales/service colleagues and manage risk.
• Promote cross-selling of CNB products/services to clients and partners.
• Provide regulatory procedure and policies training to colleagues.
• Handle new accounts and cross-sell CNB products during the process.
