Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Sales Ops Service Mgr-RBC/CNB Synergies in Phoenix to service Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor clients and relieve them of operational duties. You will resolve client inquiries, manage deposits, and identify cross-sell opportunities across bank products, while ensuring risk controls and compliance.

This role requires strong communication, analytical, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (e.g. deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank. Follow up with all client requests to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints and take action to prevent future problems; contact clients regarding overdrafts and resolve situations.
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services and introduce clients to appropriate bank areas.
• Participate in cross sell activities with Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor.
• Review deposits and approve transfers, overdrafts, and waivers within authority; manage risk.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account activity and identify potential problems to avoid financial loss.
• Escalate potential risk to appropriate level of authority and facilitate new deposit account requests.
