Job summary

Columbia Banking System is seeking an IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of internal systems and applications. You will provide technical assistance for core banking apps, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office, helping associates resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.

In this role you will triage incidents in ServiceNow, manage access with SailPoint, and collaborate within a global support team to improve processes, security, and system performance while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

4–6 years IT-related Service Desk experience.
High school diploma or GED; IT-related education preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and TCP/IP.
Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Request Fulfillment, Change Management, and Asset Management modules.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to internal associates for core banking apps and software.
Maintain and update tickets in ServiceNow, analyze incident trends.
Assist with installations, configurations, and updates of computers and security standards.
Support account access management within SailPoint and entitlements.
Collaborate in a 24x5 global IT support team and uphold bank regulations.
