Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Charlotte, NC, seeks an IT Client Executive - Banking to guide large-scale digital transformation initiatives for a key Banking & Financial Services client. You will act as a strategic advisor, shaping IT and business outcomes across multi-year engagements.

You will build executive-level relationships, drive revenue growth and profitability, and lead cross-functional delivery teams to produce value-driven solutions. Travel up to 40-50% is expected to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Banking/Financial Services IT and/or consulting experience (infrastructure, cloud, applications, cybersecurity).
• 8+ years in account leadership, managing complex engagements and financial performance.
• 5+ years in Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders with consultative selling skills.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation including data modernization, cloud migration, and systems integration.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting and P&L management.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% based on client and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor delivering impactful IT and digital transformation solutions to banking clients.
• Drive account growth, consistently achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, including forecasting, account planning, and end-to-end P&L ownership.
• Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships, anticipating evolving business needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute value-driven solutions.
• Guide discussions on digital transformation, payments modernization, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Collaborate to develop tailored proposals and solution strategies.
• Apply governance practices with SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and performance management.
