Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an IT Client Executive for Banking to lead strategic advisory and enterprise partnerships in the Tri-State Area from a remote HQ. The role drives multi-million-dollar engagements, C-suite relationships, and end-to-end IT/digital transformation programs in banking and financial services.

The candidate will own account growth, forecast revenues, and manage P&L while guiding complex cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Banking/Financial Services IT and/or consulting experience (infrastructure, cloud, applications, cybersecurity).
• 8+ years of account leadership experience managing complex engagements and financial performance.
• 5+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C‑suite stakeholders with strong consultative selling skills.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation: data modernization, cloud migration, systems integration.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and P&L management.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% based on client and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, delivering IT and digital transformation solutions to banking clients.
• Drive account growth strategies, consistently achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, including forecasting, account planning, and end-to-end P&L ownership.
• Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships, anticipating evolving business and technology needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute value-driven solutions.
• Guide discussions on digital transformation, payments modernization, operational efficiency, and CX innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and solution strategies.
