Job summary

NTT DATA Services in the United States is seeking a Transformation Executive Senior Director to lead strategic client engagements in Banking and Financial Services. You will open doors with C-Suite stakeholders, articulate a differentiated technology strategy, and shape multi-year transformation programs.

This role requires extensive experience in transformational sales, enterprise architecture, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years' experience in Financial Services solutioning with technology solutions.
At least 10 years in transformational or consulting sales, IT services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Earn the trust of C-Suite decision makers through deep understanding of technology-driven transformations.
Create and present Points of View on emerging technology trends (AI, hybrid cloud, digital experiences).
Craft outside-in value propositions linking client needs to technology trends.
Co-author account growth strategies with matrixed sales teams and act as trusted advisor.
Engage with customer leaders to understand needs and challenges early in the sales cycle.
Collaborate across Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Leads, Architects, Delivery and Operations to align solutions with goals.
Communicate clearly with customers, teams and stakeholders on vision, scope, and value proposition.
Stay ahead of enterprise architecture trends to craft innovative, competitive solutions.
