Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with strong senior business consulting experience, ideally residing in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA. The role includes traveling to client offices to collaborate with stakeholders in person.

You will drive technology programs, oversee delivery, manage budgets and risks, and translate client problems into executable solutions, partnering with technology and business leaders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of technology delivery experience.
5+ years of technology or business consulting.
10+ years of Project Management in a technology environment.
5+ years of Program Management in a technology environment.
Ability to travel to client locations at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to direct reports and oversee strategy, planning and implementation of technology initiatives.
Partner with technology and business leaders to develop program execution strategies and timelines.
Define operating model and governance to drive delivery consistency across workstreams.
Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments.
Monitor and address risks or issues to protect on-time delivery.
Lead program meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
Create and monitor program-level communication, quality and change management strategies.
Manage deadlines, budgets, delivery and acceptance of program deliverables.
