Job summary

Dataworks in Charlotte is building the initial North American team for a fast-growing banking technology company. You’ll join as a Product Consultant bridging client, product, and engineering to translate banking requirements into practical tech solutions.

You’ll lead major programmes from discovery to implementation, own a functional workstream, run workshops, and help shape the US product roadmap. Travel nationally and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major banking or technology-transformation programmes.
• Ability to turn complex client problems into structured solutions.
• Experience working across product, engineering and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading major banking technology programmes from discovery through implementation.
• Taking ownership of a functional workstream, such as onboarding, payments or cards.
• Running client workshops, discovery sessions and technology demonstrations.
• Understanding each bank’s challenges, priorities and existing technology landscape.
• Translating client requirements into structured solutions for product and engineering teams.
• Influencing the US product roadmap based on local market and client requirements.
• Coordinating delivery across clients, product, engineering and solution architecture.
• Managing senior stakeholders throughout complex transformation programmes.
• Supporting clients through pre-sales, implementation and transition into live service.
• Helping establish delivery methodologies as the North American function scales.
