Job summary

In this role you will greet customers by name, process deposits and withdrawals, and promote digital banking tools while meeting branch sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years cash handling experience preferred.
• 2+ years retail banking experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Safely and accurately handle cash, coins, and negotiable instruments, following cash-handling procedures.
• Open and service checking and savings accounts, documenting all services.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products based on customers’ financial needs.
• Provide exceptional service through the SWARM Banking approach (greet customers by name).
• Refer customers to mortgage, wealth management and insurance.
• Onboard new customers through follow-up routines.
• Promote digital banking tools and assist with technical issues.
• Meet monthly sales and service targets.
