• Engage with customers to identify financial needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver exceptional service using the SWARM Banking approach, greeting customers by name.
• Contribute toward monthly sales and service metrics through referrals to specialists.
• Refer customers to mortgage, wealth management and insurance departments.
• Onboard new customers through follow-up routines and ensure successful use of products.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and assist with technical issues.
