Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking equipment including ATMs, vaults, CCTV, and drive-up systems. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and team collaboration to support Convergint’s growing presence in the financial services sector.

You will work on a dynamic team, utilizing strong communication skills and a proactive mindset to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance across installed banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of drive up, locking and electronic systems specific to banking industry.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Video Recorders (DVR's) and Network Video Recorders (NVR's).
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, test and maintain drive up, locksmith and electronic banking equipment.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work performed.
