Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a Banking Service Technician to install, service and repair banking equipment at customer sites. You will work on ATMs, vaults, safes, and related devices, performing preventive maintenance and field installations with attention to safety and quality.

You should be capable of reading blueprints, coordinating with project managers, and traveling as needed. A strong customer focus and practical electrical/mechanical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings is required.
• Experience with banking equipment and related electrical/mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of DVR/NVR and remote monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble banking equipment according to manufacturer specs and customer requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on ATMs, vault doors, safes, and cash dispensers.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and installation drawings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites and train customers on operation and basic maintenance.
