Responsibilities

• Handle Debit/Credit Card calls and fraud inquiries; manage accounts and transactions.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete, accurate work with proper notation of accounts.
• Be tenacious in tracking and retrieving information in call tracking systems.
• Support fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
