Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
• Creative problem solving.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in the banking and credit card industries.
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and able to demonstrate resiliency in a fast-paced metric-driven environment.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs, show empathy, and build rapport while resolving issues.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card & Fraud calls, account inquiries and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Document and retrieve information in the call tracking system.
• Support fraud prevention, collections, and dispute handling.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver positive customer experiences with a smile.
