Job summary

You will listen to customers, handle card-related calls (including fraud), keep accurate records, and work to meet performance metrics while delivering friendly, solution-oriented service.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent or better
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening and relationship-building abilities
Creative problem solver with a customer-first mindset
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Preferred experience in banking/credit card industries
Proficient in PC navigation and multitasking
Located near 1900 Meyer Drury Drive, Arnold, MO or within commuting distance

Responsibilities

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; show empathy while building rapport
Serve Debit/Credit Card and Fraud-related calls, including account inquiries, transactions, and fraud claims handling
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation
Be tenacious in tracking and documenting information in call systems
Assist with fraud prevention, collections, and dispute handling
Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs
Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
