Qualifications

• Experience in banking/credit card industries preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Residence in the United States or a valid US address near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs, show empathy, and build rapport.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and fraud-related calls and inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Document and retrieve information in call tracking databases.
• Support fraud prevention, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs and quality standards.
• Deliver exemplary customer experiences with a smile.
