Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs and perform daily branch tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Thumb Bank & Trust customers in person, by phone, and via email with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash, checks, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments, and issue receipts.
• Balance cash drawer, conduct daily proofs, and ensure records match system balances.
• Process debit card orders/activations and assist with online access setup and password resets.
• Promote banking products and services to customers and refer complex requests to appropriate staff.
