You will handle a variety of transactions, maintain cash drawers, and support banking services such as debit card activation and online access setup.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Experience providing customer service and high volumes of cash handling preferred.
• Professional and courteous communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and organize workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Thumb Bank & Trust customers via email, phone, and in-person.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain proper cash balance.
• Disburse funds after Verification of funds and signatures.
• Maintain cash drawer, perform daily cash handling proofs, and balance figures.
• Assist with debit card activations and online access setups.
• Recommend banking products and services to customers when appropriate.
• Work with teammates to complete daily branch tasks and support management as needed.
• Ensure ATM/banking systems are secure and operate correctly.
