Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Thumb Bank & Trust customers politely via in-person, phone, and email.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash drawer daily.
• Provide friendly service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Support customers with debit card activations and online access setup.
• Process check orders, debit card orders, and limit changes as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Promote banking products and services when appropriate.
• Assist with branch ATM balancing and vault-related tasks.
• Answer calls professionally and route to the right department.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support management with special tasks.
• Adhere to bank policies, security protocols, and legal requirements.
• Participate in community events and branch initiatives.
• 10. Balance the ATM and verify deposits.
• 11. Assist with safekeeping and verification of currency.
• 12. Refer complex requests to appropriate staff.
• 13. Maintain a professional image and grooming standards.
• 14. Light lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• 15. Availability to work branch hours, including weekends.
• 16. Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and reconciliation.
