Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Provides excellent customer service as the initial contact for customers.
• Identifies referral opportunities and directs them appropriately.
• Maintains cash drawer and balances cash per procedures.
• Follows security, audit, and privacy procedures.
• Answers calls and supports Banking Center operations as needed.
• Develops product knowledge to promote bank products and services.
