Qualifications

• Candidate must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
• Creative problem solver with good tech skills.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Prefer experience in banking/credit card industries.
• Must reside in the United States and be near Arnold, MO.
• Proficient in PC use and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card servicing and fraud-related calls.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in call systems.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and disputes.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
