Qualifications

Banking is a regulated industry; you will complete compliance training and follow bank policies.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain concepts clearly.
Ability to generate new financial relationships through outbound calls and referrals.

Responsibilities

Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products to customers.
Open new deposit accounts and handle cash drawer with accuracy.
Promote products and services and refer to internal partners as needed.
Conduct outbound onboarding calls and prospect new Retail customers.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
