Job summary

WesBanco Careers is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent service, open deposit accounts, and promote banking products. You will identify customer needs, perform transactions, and refer opportunities to internal partners.

The role involves outbound onboarding calls, prospecting new Retail customers, and supporting day-to-day banking center operations to achieve onboarding and referral goals.

Qualifications

• Develops new financial relationships through outbound calling and partnerships.
• Communicates clearly in writing and speech to customers and colleagues.
• Maintains strong product knowledge and multi-task in a busy banking center.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills are preferred.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer financial needs and refer to internal and external partners.
• Process financial service transactions accurately and open new deposit accounts.
• Promote bank products and services to customers and prospects.
• Make referrals through outbound calls and community engagement.
• Balance cash drawer and adhere to security, audit and cash-handling procedures.
• Support daily banking center operations and contribute to team goals.
